• Smoking or vaping is not permitted on the premises.

• No Large Parties or excessively loud music

• No shoes are allowed on backdrops besides talent. You must either take your shoes off or put the shoe covers on.

• Confetti, glitter, or popping champagne is not permitted on the premises.

• Food and drinks are not allowed on any furniture. Any damage caused to the furniture will result in additional fees.

• The use of fog or haze machines is not permitted

• When moving furniture please do not drag. Move furniture with 2 or more people picking it up.

• Full nudity is not allowed in the studios.

• Please return all furniture and props to their original position before leaving.

• Please do not use body oil, body sprays or self-tans that can stain the furniture.

• Overtime fees apply if you require extra time to move things, load/unload. Your booking starts from the time you book, not at the time of arrival. Please book appropriately to avoid any extra charges.

Please note that all start and end times include setup and break down time. Any late check-outs will be charged a full additional hour! Early arrivals (often production, hair or makeup artists) will max be let in 10 minutes early. We schedule our employees and cleaning times to accommodate only the hours your booking is scheduled for.

The studio is accessible by wheelchair and other forms of mobility assistance. 

The bathroom is also ADA compliant.

When you arrive at Maple Business Center (Wellington Ln N), drive toward the left side of the building — that’s where Suite U is located.

All bookings use keypad entry.
Your unique access code will be sent to you before your session, letting you enter the studio at your scheduled time.

Your reservation includes the use of all the furniture, props and accessories, rolling backdrops, tripods, and lighting in our current inventory.

You are welcome to bring in props that will enhance your shoot.

Our studio is equipped with WIFI and the SONOS sound speakers.

Please help yourself to the complimentary water, soda, coffee, or snack.

All props and backdrops you see are available as part of your reservation, but want photographers to have full creative control and do not have pre-set scenes.

At 2,040 total square feet, the studio is divided into four separate rooms: Lobby, Podcast Room, Self Portrait Studio, and the Open Studio space.

Our variety of rooms allows more props to create content with a variety of backgrounds.

You are welcome to arrive no more than 10 minutes before your scheduled time. We ask that you please be mindful of the guests still using the space and remain in the lobby until your reserved time.

If you arrive more than 10 minutes ahead of schedule, the card on file will be charged the overtime fee.

Ample parking is located just outside the studio.

The studio is a blank canvas for you to create your magic. The photography scenes you see on the site are examples and serve as inspiration and are not pre-set in the studio. All props and backdrops you see are available as part of your reservation. We want photographers to have full creative control and do not have pre-set scenes.

We love pet photography and videos! Your furbabies are more than welcome to come into the space with you and your family. We do ask that you be mindful and bring appropriate cleaning supplies for any messes or hair left by the pet. We ask that you assume responsibility for returning the studio to its original condition and be courteous of those using the studio before and after you.

Please note, your card on file will automatically be charged $500 for any excessive pet hair on furniture or pet messes left in studio. It is 100% your responsibility to check for and clean up any accidents - although they shouldn't happen considering your pet should be on leash or in crate.

You are more than welcome to bring in any food or drink into the space. We ask that you please be mindful of the furniture, props, and backdrops. A cleaning fee will be applied to any stained upholstery or damaged amenities.

For guests 21 and older, please follow Minnesota alcohol guidelines and consume responsibly. All food and drinks must remain inside the studio.

There are security cameras in the non-private areas of the space. By agreeing to this booking you also acknowledge our surveillance camera will be recording (including sound) during your whole booking time. This footage will never be used unless an issue occurs during booking. This is for everyone's protection.

There is full privacy with no cameras in the dressing area or bathrooms.
